It
was
set
up
in
the
year
1991
to
provide
reading
material
apart
from
educational
books
to
students
who
were
taking
the
board
exams.
However
in
the
year
1992,
it
was
decided
to
make
available
story
books,
autobiographies,
novels
to
students
who
could
not
afford
to
buy
such
books.
Currently
there
are
2913
books
on
different
subjects
and
222
members
reading!
In
the
year
1994,
it
was
decided
to
set
up
a
library
exclusively
for
kids
so
as
to
inculcate
in
them
the
habit
of
reading.
5
kids
are
enrolled
in
the
library.
