Kalse
has

associated

since
its
inception
in
1979.
He
was
working
with
the
Department
of
Post
as
a
System
Administrator
in
the
Foreign
Post
section
for
20
years.
His
sheer
passion
to
contribute
to
the
society
made
him
quit
his
service
in
the
year
2008.
He
now
oversees
the
activities
of
VKM
and
is
the
driving
force
behind
many
success
stories.
